Lux & Bloom is a small design house which makes pieces to order so please bear with us if the delivery times seem a bit longer than usual ...we assure you it will be worth the wait!
Some items such as cushions and lampshades might be available from stock and we may be able to post to you straight away.
If you have a particular delivery date in mind for wallpapers and fabrics please contact us and we will do our best to help!
Our delivery times are between 4 to 7 days for items is stock and 10 to 28 days for made to order pieces.
UK DELIVERY is charged at the following rates for our express service including packaging.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY is charged at at the following rates including packaging

Lux and Bloom are not liable for any charges made in the recipient’s country and not held responsible for any loss of currency due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
All refunds are in Sterling.
Please note that VAT is currently not applicable.
Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your order, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.Please email and let us know the reason for your return and post it back to us within 7 working days to the address below. We will gladly offer you a refund and delivery charge if the product is unused and in the original condition along with the packaging and is securely wrapped.
*Please note that fabric cut to order is non-returnable.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us immediately at within 3 days of receipt. Lux & Bloom is not liable after this period if no details are received.
Bespoke items – please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any commissioned products due to their bespoke nature or on any fabric orders where the material is cut to size. Lux & Bloom will only provide a full refund on bespoke orders if a fault is deemed genuine. All our products are thoroughly checked before dIspatch.
