DELIVERY

Once an order is placed it will be dispatched within 48hours excluding weekends and public holidays, unless the ‘lead time’ states otherwise. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain ac-cess to the property. Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterward.

Our delivery times are between 3 to 7 working days for items is stock and 10 to 28 days for printed or made to order pieces.

UK DELIVERY is charged at the following rates for our express service including packaging.

Lux and Bloom are not liable for any charges made in the recipient’s country and not held responsible for any loss of currency due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

All refunds are in Sterling.
Please note that VAT is currently not applicable.

RETURNS

Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your order, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.

Please email louise@luxandbloom.com and let us know the reason for your re-turn within 48 hours and post it back to us within 7 working days to the address below. We will gladly offer you a refund if the product is unused and in the origi-nal condition along with the packaging and is securely wrapped.

*Please note that fabric cut to order is non-returnable.

We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the products and return the products unopened, unused and in their original packaging, where possible.

By Courier

You may return any products to us by courier at your own cost and risk.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned prod-ucts in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery service.

When returning products, please package the products properly and securely together with the dispatch note to ensure that the products are not damaged during transit.

If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you or refund any amounts attributable to you through loss or damage.

Please retain a certificate of posting with a record of the tracking number from your post office as proof of postage.

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us immediately at louise@luxandbloom.com within 48hours of receipt.

Lux & Bloom is not liable after this period if no details are received.

BESPOKE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on any commissioned products due to their bespoke nature or on any fabric orders where the material is cut to size. Lux & Bloom will only provide a full refund on bespoke orders if a fault is deemed genuine. All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
